Fees
60 minute appointment - $150 (GST included)
I will provide you with a receipt that you may be able to submit to your insurance company/extended benefits programs. Please note: not all programs cover the cost of a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), it's important that you check with your program directly.
I am approved to provide counselling services to those eligible through the following First Nations Health Authority, Health Benefits programs (FNHA - HBP):

Mental Wellness and Counselling Program

Indian Residential School (IRS) Resolution Health Support Program

Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls Health Services Support Program
Funding may be available through your Extended Health Plan if they cover Registered Clinical Counsellors.
Payment
I accept cash, e-transfer (preferred), or credit card. I will promptly issue you a receipt after payment has been received.
In person appointments:
Payment is due at the time of the appointment, either at the beginning, or end of the session.
Virtual appointments:
Electronic payment is due prior to the start of the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise you will be charged for the full price of the appointment. Missed appointments will also be charged at the full rate.
Counselling services will be suspended until charges have been paid.
Exceptions can be made for emergency circumstances.
In addition, clients are responsible for coming to their session on time. If you are late, your appointment will still need to end on time.
